Registration Procedure

 

Before arrival

Students who have been selected by their home Institution to study at the Alexander Technological Educational Institution of Thessaloniki as Socrates/Erasmus exchange students have to communicate with the Socrates Departmental Coordinators of each department in order to arrange all the academic matters.

Then, they have to send to the LLP/Erasmus Office the Student Application Form and their Learning Agreement signed and stamped by the Home Institution before the 30^th of June for the winter semester and before the 30^th of November for the spring semester. Afterwards, they will receive all the details about accommodation in Thessaloniki.
 

Upon arrival

Upon arrival all incoming students have first to register with the LLP/Erasmus Office where they will also receive information concerning their stay and studies.

The Alexander Technological Educational Institution of Thessaloniki will provide all the incoming students with the following:

• a student transport card which enables students to buy tickets at half of the price of regular tickets.

• a food card which enables students to have two-three free meals per day.
